  My experience with this company has been excellent. I do not live in Miami but have dealt with many other telecom and travel companies there and their service and customer service does not compare to this company one bit. Every time I walk into their office I am welcomed and greeted with open arms. Same as when I call in. No matter what time of the day, it seems that they are always in a good mood which is very important when dealing with customers. My opinion is that this is one of the very few companies that really cares about us Cubans and understands how difficult it is for us to communicate and travel there.
